Jodi Price Hajosy, Board Member
Jodi Price Hajosy is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, where she got her B.S. in Environmental Health. She started her environmental career with Alcoa, moving to Knoxville, TN and later Little Rock, AR, where she earned her M.S. in Occupational and Environmental Health. Throughout her career, which included several stops across the U.S. and Europe, Jodi has worked in environmental compliance and environmental auditing as a consultant for major corporations. Her interest in non-profit began when she moved to Fayetteville, NC, where she worked for Sustainable Sandhills, developing and managing sustainability programs in the seven counties of the Sandhills region of North Carolina. Shortly after moving to Greenville, she got involved with Greenville Organic Foods Organization as a garden member, a Board Member, and the Urban Farm Tour Coordinator. She has also been a member of the City of Greenville's Green Ribbon Advisory Committee and Recycling and Waste Management ad-hoc Committee since 2011. She is committed to sustainability and environmentalism in all aspects of her life, from her walkable/bikeable neighborhood to backyard composting, gardening and chickens. Jodi believes it is essential to educate the next generation to be stewards of our communities and our planet.
