						&lt;p&gt;The 2025 BMW Charity Pro-Am Golf Tournament (BMWCPA) is June 2 - June 8. You&amp;nbsp\;CAN&amp;nbsp\;volunteer\, but it&amp;#39\;s a bit different&amp;nbsp\;this year. At our own request\, FoRR will not play an official role.&lt;/p&gt;

						&lt;p&gt;Leading the Green Team at the BMWCPA was a huge undertaking that necessitated several months of planning and nine (10-14 hour) days during the tournament. It was simply too much to ask of our volunteer Board members. After the 2024 event\, we advised the BMWCPA planning committee to hire a consultant whose specific expertise was in managing the sustainability aspects of professional sports events. This was a momentous decision since this event generated about 20% of FoRR&amp;#39\;s annual operating revenue. But the long-term well-being of our amazing Board members was worth making a short-term financial sacrifice.&amp;nbsp\;&lt;/p&gt;

						&lt;p&gt;The tournament is more committed than ever to sustainability and with the expertise of a professional consultant\, they will provide detailed\, certified reporting of the sustainability results. A few FoRR Board&amp;nbsp\;members will be Green Team Ambassadors - a role that&amp;#39\;s not officially a FoRR commitment. Ambassadors will explain the BMWCPA&amp;#39\;s sustainability efforts&amp;nbsp\;and help patrons make sure their trash gets into the correct receptacles. The professional consultant will have its own employees dragging out trash bags\, hauling them from all the tournament&amp;nbsp\;locations\, and getting them to the trash and recycling locations.&amp;nbsp\;&lt;/p&gt;

						&lt;p&gt;The BMWCPA still needs Green Team Ambassadors!
