The Saluda River Basin Council has been working on the Saluda River Basin Plan for two years and have a final plan to present for public comment! The RBS has developed an evening of engagement, conversation, and fun during the public feedback period! A council of 25 members, which includes current FoRR active Board members, Board Members Emeritus, and Staff, have spent countless hours preparing this plan with the support of DES, Clemson, and CDM Smith.
