Friends of the Reedy is excited to introduce our River Reedy Speaker Series: “By the Banks”! In these talks, you’ll hear from passionate speakers– ranging from scientists to storytellers to river enthusiasts. But this series is more than presentations. Enjoy great local brews, lively discussions, and zero PowerPoint snoozefests.
Come on down to Double Stamp Brewery on July 15 from 5:30 - 6:30 PM for our first talks by FoRR Board Member, Ben Lord, speaking on Hydrology 101, and FoRR Board Member Emeritus, Robert Hanley, speaking on PFAS "Forever Chemicals," with an introduction by our very own Watershed Scientist Project Coordinator, Josie Newton. No RSVP needed. We hope to see you there!
