Please plan to dress appropriately. Wear clothes that can get wet & dirty, and waders or boots if you have them. FoRR will provide all other necessary items such as gloves, trash grabbers, trash bags, tools, etc. We will follow up with additional details about what to expect the week before the Cleanup.
After the cleanup, volunteers will receive a free drink ticket to join us at our Spring Cleanup Afterparty Celebration at Southernside Brewing (25 Delano Drive Unit D, Greenville, South Carolina 29601).
We want to thank our presenting sponsor, Dapper Ink, and our afterparty sponsor, Southernside Brewing Co., for helping us maintain our community's treasure of the Reedy River. We could not do this project without them!

Laurens County Site
A site in Laurens County is in the works for a group with Keep Laurens County Beautiful! This cleanup location will not be open for public registrations on the FORR Spring 2023 cleanup registration site as it is being led and organized by our partners at Keep Laurens County Beautiful, but we look forward to fostering our relationships in Laurens County and are excited to host sites in Laurens County during future FORR cleanups.
Please contact us with any questions regarding site information.
Don't forget, in order to ensure that everyone can register for your group’s preferred site, groups of larger than 10 people are advised to register before Wednesday, March 15 (one week after registration opens)!
We will have a registration cap for each site to ensure we don’t put undue pressure on the river or our resources at any one location, so be sure to register before your favorite location fills up! Groups must register each person individually, so have your registration information ready when registration opens on March 8. You will need to provide everyone’s full names, if they’re under the age of 18, email addresses, and t-shirt sizes. Please remember that each person must have their own separate signed waiver. We are working to finalize our cleanup locations and will announce all options between March 1 and 7. Stay tuned here and on our Facebook and Instagram pages to be the first to know more details!
We can’t wait to see everyone at the river soon! Join us after the Cleanup concludes at our Spring Cleanup Afterparty at Southernside Brewing Co.! Volunteers will receive a ticket for a free beverage of choice. We can't wait to celebrate everyone's hard work!
